Terms & Creative Collaboration

1. Artistic Agreement
By working with me, you're not just hiring a photographer, you're inviting a creative partner to help tell your story. Every session is a collaboration, and I strive to capture your moments with authenticity and artistry. Booking my services means you agree to these terms, designed to protect both your memories and my creative process.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session or event. For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged. Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these terms.
3. Image Rights & Usage
As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images created. Clients receive high-resolution digital files for personal use—sharing, printing, and enjoying. I reserve the right to showcase select images in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Creative Process
My editing style is part of my artistic signature. While I welcome your input, extensive retouching or raw file delivery is not included unless specified in advance. Trust in the creative process ensures the best results for your story.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but I'll do my best to accommodate a new date. In the rare event I must cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded.
6. Delivery Timeline
Edited images are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session. I'll keep you updated if more time is needed for larger projects or during busy seasons.
7. Client Experience
My goal is to make your experience relaxed, fun, and memorable. If you have any special requests or ideas, please share them! Open communication helps us create something truly unique together.
